Flock to Flavour is our island sourced wild goose breast, cured with juniper and black pepper and lightly smoked with beech wood, before being air-dried in our kitchen in Stornoway.
Like the Outer Hebrides when you visit, it is wild & bold, rich in flavour and guaranteed to make your tastebuds soar.
