Wild & Free Salami is made from venison, goose & pork flavoured with black pepper & garlic .
East to West Salami is made from mutton & pork flavoured with a baharat (spice) mix used in Middle Eastern cooking.
Flock to Flavour is our newly launched smoked goose breast made from wild geese cured and lightly smoked over beech shavings.
Our Venison Prosciutto is cured for 30 days before being air-dried and thinly sliced for maximum flavour.
And Smoky Paprika is the star flavour in our Rustic (not spicy!) Chorizo.
